He has also organized and led audit and consulting assignments for large multinational companies with Deloitte (Paris and Houston) and PwC (New York).

In 2018 she was member of the organising committee of ‘The Next Wave’ program at Offshore Technology Conference (OTC) Houston -Texas, a program for young professionals in the Oil & Gas. Former President of Addax Petroleum Douala Employees Association (APDEA) for 4 years and former Vice President of Cameroon Rugby Female Committee. She is passionate about Negotiation and Leadership.

YANICK NDIKUM

CEO & FOUNDER AFRICA CONSULTING ENGINEERING. (ACE)

Formerly served as the Executive Director for surface facilities engineering and projects delivery with M&L Engineering. He is a results oriented professional with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry. He has work for the state of Louisiana’s local chapter of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers (2008) he worked as chemical engineering consultant for SONAGAS EG (2010). Since 2013, Yanick has been working as Lead Process Engineer and offshore Projects Delivery Lead Engineer for Addax Petroleum Cameroon, a SINOPEC company. Now he is working on a Master’s of Science in Artificial Intelligence for oil and gas process/production optimization. He was tapped for the CAPS project to develop the project’s scope, lead the feasibility studies and partner through an international bidding process to bring this project to financial closure.

She distinguished herself by her remarkable career in several important positions such as, consultant in geomatics and computer cartography at the Ministry of Mines, Industry and Technological Development / CAPAM of Cameroon, she reached the level of « Reservoir Geologist  » and received the Medal of the National Order of Merit of Cameroon from His Excellency Paul BIYA, President of the Republic of Cameroon, in 2021.

Manager of social projects for the last 15 years, specialized in working with and for young people at risk of social exclusion. She worked as a project manager, child protection officer and CSR coordinator for international agencies, companies, and personal social projects. Sese has worked for private, national and international organizations such as UNICEF, UNDP and WHO. She was also invited to participate as youth expert on the III National Economic Forum in E.G (2019). She made a great contribution for the creation of the first Youth Centre in Malabo, Equatorial Guinea (E.G) 2020. Now, she runs SESVA Gestion Sociocultural S.L a U.K company with delegations in Equatorial Guinea and Spain.

in on demand CFO services, ranging from performance management, financing, cash management, internal control, tax, etc. He has been CFO in infrastructures, in charge of defining and executing efficient financial strategies, notably at Enercon Canada (a German OEM in the wind industry) and Nouvelle Autoroute 30 in the framework of a PPP with the Quebec Ministry of Transportation.

Advisor to the President of the Republic of Gabon, he monitors economic and financial issues as well as relations with the main development partners. Glenn Nguema has approximately 12 years of professional experience in the public sector and development assistance. He has held positions of responsibility in international organizations (COSUMAF), in the public and parapublic sector (Poste Bank, CAON, ARTF, … ) which have enabled him to acquire an excellent knowledge of the environment of international aid programs as well as the procedures of the main partners (European Union, AFD, BDEAC… ). As Director of Finance/Contracts and Audits for FED National Authorizing Officer Support Unit, he coordinated the financial components of FED-funded projects covering several development issues in Gabon. He has embarked on an entrepreneurial career in the mining and resources sector with the launch of VIENNE MINING in 2021 and GIE MAKORA GRANITE in 2022
