The implementation of the CAPS project will require new roads to be built to service the pipeline, thus facilitating the free movement of people and good. Equatorial Guinea becoming an energy hub in the sub-region will certainly attract new investors willing to venture in the mining and steel industries and other industrial sectors crucial to the development of any country.

In addition to promoting economic diversification, CABEF also focuses on promoting sustainable development and environmental stewardship.
